SIMON AMRBIRDGE, England Spruce 1993 no 46

With this guitar from Simon Ambridge's earlier period, it is evident that he would turn out to be one of the world's most saught after luthiers. The guitar is in good condition, the French polished top having been refinished by Michael Ritchie. The guitar is very even over all registers, easy to play with a particularly sweet bass. Trebles are bright and fulsome. A joy to play.

Back and sides : Indian rosewood
Neck : Cedar
Fingerboard : Ebony.
Hard case.
Condition - good. A few well repaired dings on the top, generally fine otherwise.
