William C. Kelday has been making guitars in Scotland for more than 20 years. William studied classical guitar making at the London School of Furniture Making in the mid 80s, then set up on his own in Scotland. William also runs the very successful guitar making course at Anniesland College in Glasgow, where with Bill's extremely exacting standards many fine guitars are produced every year.

The guitar pictured here is a fine example of Bill's unique sound. The top quality German spruce top is braced in a pattern of Bill's design which gives a more powerful and defined sound. The player is immediately struck by the overall power, with deep but crystal clear, lush basses and trebles that have a clarity that will make the player want to run through their whole repertoire. The separation of voices is particularly noted on this instrument.

An excellent all round guitar suitable for all styles of music.
